My name is Stephanie Binns, and I'm running for the Nampa School Board Trustee Zone 1 seat in November, 2023.

I believe that School Board policies should be clear and consistent:
With each other
With laws and regulations
With the overall mission "to ensure high levels of achievement for every student"
Commitment to Fact
I believe that School Board policies should ensure that students receive an education that relies on fact and evidence:
To create an environment in which ALL students feel safe, valued, and able to learn
To enable effective teaching practices
To prepare students for work, life, and post-secondary studies
About Me
I moved to the Treasure Valley, fresh out of college, for my first teaching job two decades ago, and I can say without a doubt that there's nowhere I'd rather live.
I have two wonderful, energetic boys, who perpetually inspire me to be a better person and are the reason I'm running for the NSD131 School Board.
